We’re excited to invite our community to a special Community Garden Day of Service at the Susan Whelchel Community Garden! 🌱💚

Join us on Saturday, September 12 from 4:00–7:00 PM at Boca Meadows Park for an afternoon of hands-on service, learning, and connection in the garden.

Volunteers will help us plant trees and Florida native plants, support pollinators, and care for the garden as we continue creating a welcoming and sustainable space for the entire community to enjoy.

Gardeners, students, families, neighbors, and first-time volunteers are all welcome. No gardening experience is necessary, and students may earn community-service hours for participating.

This Day of Service is presented by Boca Raton Urban Gardens with the support of Community Greening, Sea + Soil South Florida, the City of Boca Raton Office of Sustainability, and Community Servant Leaders.
